Are tonafu products natural?
Our formulas are made with carefully selected plant oils, botanical extracts and other naturally derived ingredients. Please refer to each product page for the complete ingredient list.
Do your products contain synthetic fragrance?
No. We do not add synthetic fragrance or essential oils to Utopia Oil or The Balm.
Do the products have a scent?
Because our products contain botanical ingredients and natural plant oils, you may notice a very subtle natural aroma from the raw ingredients. This is not added fragrance, and the scent may vary slightly between batches.
Are tonafu products vegan?
The Balm contains beeswax and is therefore not vegan.
Can I use Utopia Oil and The Balm together?
Yes. Apply Utopia Oil first, then finish with a small amount of The Balm to help seal in moisture. You can also use them separately, depending on your skin's needs.
Can I use the products every day?
Yes. Both products are designed for everyday use. Start with a small amount and adjust as needed for your skin.
Can I use tonafu products under makeup?
Yes. Allow the product to absorb before applying makeup. We recommend using only a small amount during the day.
Skin Suitability and Safety
Are tonafu products suitable for sensitive skin?
Our products contain no added synthetic fragrance or essential oils. However, sensitive skin can respond differently to botanical ingredients, so we recommend performing a patch test before your first full application.
How do I perform a patch test?
Apply a small amount to the inner arm and leave it for 24 hours. Discontinue use if redness, itching or irritation occurs.
Can I use tonafu products if I have allergies?
Please review the complete ingredient list before use, particularly if you have known allergies to plants, seeds, beeswax or botanical ingredients. If you are unsure, consult a qualified healthcare professional.
Can I use the products during pregnancy or breastfeeding?
If you are pregnant, breastfeeding or receiving medical treatment, we recommend showing the full ingredient list to your healthcare professional before use.
Can tonafu products treat eczema, acne or other skin conditions?
tonafu products are cosmetics created to moisturise and care for the skin. They are not intended to diagnose, treat or cure medical skin conditions. Please seek advice from a healthcare professional if you have an ongoing or severe skin concern.

How should I store my tonafu products?
Keep them tightly closed in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, excessive heat and moisture.
Why can the colour or scent vary slightly?
Natural oils and botanical ingredients can vary in colour and aroma between harvests and batches. Slight variations are normal and do not necessarily affect the product's quality.
How long should I use the product after opening?
Please follow the period-after-opening symbol shown on the packaging. Always use clean, dry hands and close the container securely after use.
